OceanLink Communications is a full-spectrum telecommunications operator headquartered in Bairiki, Tarawa. We design, build, and maintain mobile, internet, and voice networks across all three of Kiribati's island chains — the Gilberts, the Phoenix Islands, and the Lines — with on-island agents, local engineers, and a service philosophy shaped by where we live.

Where we go next
In the next 24 months we're bringing OceanCell 4G to every populated outer island, doubling fibre capacity into Tarawa, and launching a new low-cost OceanNet plan designed specifically for schools and clinics.
